Jim was an extraordinary father, dedicated husband, and loyal friend to many people throughout his life. We are heartbroken by his early passing and invite all of you to share your memories and photos here as we begin to heal and celebrate his life and our good fortune in having him in all of our lives. We will be remembering and celebrating him on October 4, 2025 at St. Peters Episcopal Church in Spotswood with a reception following the service to come together and share memories. The reception will be held at Avo's Ria Mar in South River, NJ.

James Lawrence Gill was born on December 15, 1973 in Denville, NJ. He grew up in New Jersey, spending his childhood on Schooley's Mountain in Long Valley, where he met his wife, Jeanne, before moving to the New Brunswick area after marrying Jeanne in 1997. They started their family in East Brunswick, where Jim became the proud father to two sons, Zack and Tyler.
