James Herbert Holmes was born July 4, 1940, in Omak Washington and died April 4th, 2023, at Monarch Gardens Memory Care Center in Brookings Oregon. He was surrounded by his loving family.
He practiced as an Emergency Room physician for over 50 years in the Air Force and as a civilian in the Bay Area, Bend Oregon, and finished his last 25 years at Sutter Coast Hospital in Crescent City. Throughout his life, he provided …
