Our heartfelt and deepest condolences.  We share in your sorrow and will miss James dearly - yes, his hearty and infectious laugh and fun-loving nature.  He has touched and inspired the lives of so many with his kindness, courage and grit, and will hold a special place in our hearts.  We feel so grateful to have known him and will cherish the fun times shared at our Brooks-Nolan gatherings.  As you navigate this very difficult time, we are here to support you!  Sending healing prayers and comforting hugs.

In caring sympathy - Stacey, Michael and Amanda

Sending my deepest sympathies. Even though it's been years, more likely decades, since I've spent time with James, I can still clearly hear his laugh and see his infectious smile. (Mark Feldman, classmate at Brown)
james had a uniquely warm, personal, and comforting energy that will not be forgotten. his smile in the photo of him as a child below captures his spirit well. our family continues to hold dina, chloe chase and all who knew and loved him in our hearts as they find their way without his physical presence. "where there is deep grief there was deep love." 💛
