Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James Allen Brooks, Jr.; aka Juba, who left us on December 4, 2025, at San Leandro Hospital. He was born on August 15, 1965, in Blythe, California to James Allen Brooks Sr and Elvida Brooks. Both preceded Juba in death.
Juba is survived by his daughter Jamie Brooks, Virginia Johnson, brother Troy A Brooks, sister Lanae Neal and a host of family and friends …
