James's obituary

James Joseph Barker Jr, of Needville, Texas, passed away suddenly on December 6, 2018, at the age of 52. James, known to friends and family as "Jimmy" was born on January 27th 1966 in Jacksonville, Florida to Virginia (Arceneaux) Barker and the late James Joseph Barker. He attended Dulles High School. He worked in the retail industry as a Support Manager at Lowe's. Jimmy was the precious, loving husband of Emily. He is survived by his daughters, Jennifer, Ashley, Katie, Sarah, and Hannah; brothers, David and Michael; and grandson, Scott. He also leaves behind his cat, Olivia and dogs, Dottie and Sammy. Jimmy loved reading, learning, grilling, and video games. Friends and family are welcome to attend the memorial service officiated by Pastor Rob Purdy, on Saturday, December 15 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Seabrook, 1506 Bayport Boulevard, Seabrook, Texas, 77586.
