James Joseph Barker Jr, of Needville, Texas, passed away suddenly on December 6, 2018, at the age of 52. James, known to friends and family as "Jimmy" was born on January 27th 1966 in Jacksonville, Florida to Virginia (Arceneaux) Barker and the late James Joseph Barker. He attended Dulles High School. He worked in the retail industry as a Support Manager at Lowe's. Jimmy was the precious, loving husband of Emily. He is survived by …
