When I was young and my Dad took me to visit Aunt Juliette and family, it was always so much fun. A busy house, full of kids, laughter and good food!! I remember thinking how lucky they all were to live in the special neighborhood, right on the lake. My cousins were younger than I was, but it was a treat to spend time with them. I'm thankful as we grew older we were still able to stay in touch and through the miracles of Facebook could even be with Jackie during her valiant battle with cancer. I will always remember so many wonderful times shared, words and emotions felt with my oldest sister.
I will always be grateful for her taking care of me during my rough patch lived. She is always remembered for my son calling her Jackie Lafornia ! And with me - Chaws is Cheaper ! Our many laughs will hold me strong until we are together again. RIP Sis - I luv u 4ever.

Jackie was such an amazing person and I’m so glad I had the pleasure in knowing her. She made my dad Marty so happy and they were perfect together. We got to spend Christmas dinner with the two of them and I have tears rolling down my face remembering the last thing I said to her. I told her that I admired her strength she was an Inspiration.
