I worked with and for Jack over30 years He treated all of us so that we respected his opinion I felt he cared for each of us individually which was great as we each had our own personality His heart and head were always with Seaboard I miss his phone calls and how we would laugh and remember some very fond stories Oh My!!! It seems as if I should pick up the phone and give Ol’ Jack a ring Also we shared some fine fine meals while traveling abroad! We spent a great deal of time in West Africa and this one year remembrance is practiced with a huge celebration in the African villages Wouldn’t it be great to a have a big party for Jack??!! His spirit lingers in my mind Fondly Ron Graver
I was so blessed to have had Jack as my boss at Seaboard for over 13 years until he retired, but I’m even more blessed to have had him as a dear friend!
I now feel a great emptiness, as Jack was like a father to me who patiently mentored me for the last 35 years since I have known him. His advice to me even after he retired from Seaboard, is something I will always appreciate. His powerful, but ever gentile voice of encouragement still rings in my ear and which I will truly miss! There are many fond memories of Jack which I will cherish for the rest of my life.
Vivian, Rita and I are sad to here of Jack's passing. We never met him but he sounds like a great guy. We will be keeping you and your family in our prayers. May God bless all of you....
Vivian, Much sympathy on the loss of Jack. He was a good and caring man. Even though we only knew him a bit from your times in Fort Wayne and coming to our CC '51 breakfasts. we all enjoyed his company. Many memories from your trips and the years together will help you through your grief. Much love and prayers for you and your family. Judy (Hunt) Potosky
