I.B. Browning, Jr., age 65, of Morgantown, WV, died Monday, September 18, 2023, at his home. He was born April 7, 1958, in South Charleston, WV, a son of the late Ivan Bernard Browning and Mary Glenn Bell. On August 15, 2009, he married Rebecca Waggy who survives.
