I hope that you knew how much I loved you and still love you and will continue to show up for your children. I really feel like I lost a big part of me even though we were close in age but it's it's still hurts.

A Sister's Love

For Isaiah Kaleo Jiaan Fourshey

My first friend, protector, and older brother.

You were funny, intelligent, and kind-hearted. I looked up to you as my older brother in lots of ways. You also set an example of some things not to do. You taught me how to play soccer and showed me a great example of a strong work ethic. You loved your family immensely, and we will continue to remind your kids how much you love them. I am forever grateful for the burden you took on to spare me from the battles you fought on my behalf. You told me it was your cross to bear, and I can never repay you for that.

I just hope to live my life in a way that makes you proud.

I wish we could've had more time together. I miss you more than anything.

I'm glad you're no longer suffering and are at peace now, though I wish your life could've turned out differently. I look forward to the day we reunite. I love you immensely & I hope you know that.

A Mother's Love

My son — my firstborn, my first love.

I had you when I was just seventeen, and in so many ways, we grew up together. You were my reason to rise, my reason to become more than I ever thought I could be.

You taught me patience when life moved too fast, and grace when I didn't have all the answers. You showed me how to slow down and not complicate the simple things — to find beauty in the ordinary, and peace in the little moments.

You were the light that shaped my journey - guiding me through every season, every joy, and every storm.

When I lost you, that light felt shattered.

The pain was soul-crushing, the kind that changes everything you are. But even in my brokenness, I began to feel God working within my grief. What once felt like an ending is slowly becoming a transformation.

Through my faith, I see that love like ours never dies — it deepens. It shifts from seeing your face before me to feeling your light within me. My love for you is what keeps me standing, what gives me strength to breathe, to believe, and to live with purpose again.

Because even in the ache of missing you, I know your light still leads me home.

I know you can't see me right now,

but I'm still here.

I didn't go far.

I'm just in a different place — a special

place where I can watch over you all

the time, like a superhero with wings.

When you feel sad or miss me,

close your eyes, take a deep breath,

and place your hand over your heart.

That's where I live now. Talk to me

anytime -I’ll be listening, and I’ll send

you signs to remind you I'm near.

Be brave. Be kind. Take care of each other.

And always remember — you carry my love in your hearts forever,

I will always value the meaningful experience shared with Isaiah during our time in Arizona for Aiyanna's graduation. 

I recall an occasion by the pool where Isaiah's sense of humor brought significant enjoyment to all of us, leading to genuine laughter from all of his loved ones!
