Irma "Angie" Tobin, better known as Angie, passed away on March 4, 2023. Born on November 29, 1942, she was 80 years old at the time of her passing. Angie was born in Puerto Rico and spent her early years with her siblings in their home on Prospect Avenue in Bronx, NY. Later she moved to upstate NY where she remained for most of her life.
