My deepest and most sincere condolences to Laura and her family. Ian was such an amazing young man. He would do anything for anyone. He was so smart and so talented and loved by everyone he met. If anyone knows me, you know I only invited a handful of people to my wedding and Ian was one of them. That’s how important and special Ian was to me. Ian you will be extremely missed by your aunt Lala ❤️

Freshman year is obviously scary and intimidating, but Ian gave the warmest welcome. I had two classes with Ian my freshman year and he made both of them so memorable. I was a girl in computer classes who had no idea what they were doing, but Ian made sure I stayed caught up and always made my least favorite class of the day, the most enjoyable ❤️❤️ He made the whole class laugh and laugh every day and always knew how to liven it up. I remember seeing Ian out on his walks over quarantine and he would always stop and talk to catch up. Such a beautiful soul with the biggest heart. Rock on up there Ian ❤️❤️🎸

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Ian as an 8th grade student. His sense of humor and wit helped to make the class fun. I still remember when I took the class outside towards the end of the year. Ian and Sean were finished and just decided to curl up on the lawn and take a nap. Not a care in the world. It was the little things like this that kept the class light. Ian was a great kid and wonderful student. He will be missed.
Although i didn’t know Ian personally i had always heard how talented and a radiant personality he was. My deepest condolences go to Ian’s family and closest friends. Rest in peace to a truly amazing human❤️

Last fall during online school Ian and I had our first year seminar together and he always brought the most vibrant energy to class. Even over zoom, I could tell how incredible of a person he was. When in-person school started in the spring, Ian and I happened to live in the same building. I will always remember the first time we met in person when he gave me the biggest hug with the most contagious smile on his face. He was one of my first buddies at college and I will always remember him. Rest in peace, Ian.❤️
One of my favorite memories of Ian was him coming to my house for the first time to work on a guitar riff he had been practicing for days. When we were on the way there, we were blasting his favorite led zeppelin CD’s in his car and talking about how Greta Van Fleet was a direct rip-off, and laughing about the similarities. He had always been huge on CD’s too, and I was super excited to bring him to my attic because my mom had stored all of her old CD’s in my music room up there. We go up to the attic and he sees them and goes “GEORGE MICHAEL?? I LOVE GEORGE MICHAEL!! I HAVE TO TELL YOUR MOM!!” with the brightest smile on his face. His enthusiasm for music inspired me everyday, and he will forever inspire me ❤️
Ian was one of my favorite coworkers, and felt like a little brother to me. I’m so, so, sorry for his loss. His Trader Joe’s family will always remember him❤️
I have to post another story because I have so many good ones with Ian. So Ian came over my house for a Spanish cooking project and everything was going very well until we got to making dessert. So we put oil in a pan and started to heat it so that we could make churros… the oil ended up getting too hot and the churro was frozen so it ended up causing a massive flame that reached the ceiling. There’s no one I’d rather almost burn my house down with.

I met Ian during the talent show at the high school and immediately was struck by how passionate he was about playing, learning, and listening to music. We shared some great conversations about the music we loved, and I talked to him about his guitar collection which he was very proud of. I’ll always remember how kind and talented he was. Sending love and condolences to family and friends <3
ian lit up a room just by entering it, a soul like no other. his kindness was larger than life and his humor was indescribable. he was so welcoming, even if he didn’t try. may he always be remembered as the most beautiful soul with complexities and bounds of love. i am sending love and healing to ian’s friends and family. ❤️
I am so sorry to hear about this and I give my deepest condolences and will keep him in my thoughts and prayers.
Ian will forever hold such a …
Ian will forever hold such a special place in my heart. He has always been the sweetest, kindest friend. He lit up the room with his unforgettable smile. I will always remember when he gave me my favorite candy bar every year on holidays. He never forgot the little things that made me happy and for that I am forever grateful. Wishing everyone love during this extremely challenging time.

Ian and I in 7th and 8th grade were inseparable. He is one of the most unique and carefree people you could ever meet. I remember in 8th grade we made a YouTube video together for science class and that has to be one of my favorite projects to ever do. Anytime we were together we would be laughing and having a great time. Ian was a fantastic friend and I will always have so many memories with him whether it was us dressing up randomly for school or playing basketball at the park. Ian you will be missed.
My condolences go out to Ian’s family and closest friends - I can only imagine the hurt you are all under. Ian was on my team in fifth grade when he first moved from Andover. While we weren’t ever individually close, everyone knew Ian for his contagious energy, humor and pure heart. Rest in Peace Ian.
Ian was in my sculpture class freshman year. He was one of the few kids I talked to in that class. I remember him being very funny and friendly, helping me adjust to high school. We shared a common interest of basketball and he always told me how one day Devin Booker will lead the Suns to an NBA championship. I said he was crazy … but it looks like that’s actually going to happen. Rest In Peace Ian. Sending my condolences to you and your family.

Laura - I always loved seeing Ian and you updates over the years. I’m so very sorry for your tragic loss.
Ian was in one of my classes sophomore year, and always knew how to make people feel included and welcome. He never failed to make everyone smile, and could light up a room instantly with his kind-spirit. My heart and prayers go out to Ian and his family.
I was incredibly sad when I heard the news of Ian's passing. My heart goes out to you Laura and your family.
My brother & Ian used to be such great friends and used to hang out a bunch. One day, my brother asked me to go to the beach with him and his friends. Ian was there. I remember how funny he was, he had a presence that could light up a room. Such a beautiful soul. I am so sorry for your loss. Ian, I hope you rest in paradise ❤️❤️You will never be forgotten ❤️

Ian was in my digital media class sophomore year and he always knew how to make people laugh. He was the kind of person where you can talk to him about anything and he was open to discussion, and he made sure that others weren’t left out. I’m sending all my love and prayers to Ian and his family.
