Hwa Sun Cheong, age 80, died on August 20, 2021. Born in South Korea, Ms. Cheong moved to the US at the age of 28. She met Deok Jae on a blind date through good friends, and they married in 1976. She and Deok have owned and operated Carmel Cleaners, with the help of her daughter Tammy, since 1987. She was an avid golfer, and enjoyed being an active member of the Carmel Valley Ranch …
