Howard Owen Boyer, II of Southport, NC, formerly of Glenmoore and Fredonia, Pennsylvania passed away Thursday evening, March 25, 2021 following a period of declining health at the New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. He just turned 76. Though legally known as Howard, everyone knew him as Skip. Skip was born in Sharon, PA on March 24th, 1945, a son of the late Pauline (Haas) and Owen Boyer.
