Howard Frank Parsons Sr passed away on Sunday January 24th at Huntsville Hospital from COVID-19. Mr. Parsons was a life long resident of Harlan, KY.
He was 86 years young.
Mr. Parsons served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Juneau during the Korean Conflict and sailed to 27 countries during his three years of Foreign Sea Service. After his time of service, he owned and operated Parsons Brothers Well Drilling for 44 years. …
