On Tuesday, October 13, 2020 Howard Samuel Culbertson, loving father of four children and grandfather of three passed away at the age of 82 of COVID 19-related causes. Howard, or as everyone knew him Sam, was born on July 25, 1938 in New Castle, PA to Ellamae and Howard Culbertson. He served in the U.S. Air Force and was honorably discharged. He was then an engineer on the Pennsylvania railroad and an aerospace engineer for …

A small private service will be held at Jefferson Barracks in St. Louis, MO on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. In lieu of flowers, donations should be sent to the Humane Society of Missouri in his honor.
