Howard A. Baker Jr, 66, of Anchorage, Alaska, passed Sunday, February 02, 2020 at the house he was born in of natural causes. Howard was born to Howard and Alice Baker on December 15, 1953. He grew in Mt. View playing baseball in the empty lot next door almost daily in the summer. There were also a lot of neighborhood pickup football games and snowball fights.
