Herschel Skaggs went home to Jesus on December 22, 2022 at age 88.
Herschel was born to Neal Skaggs and Nannie Anderson on September 20, 1934 in York, Kentucky. As a child, Herschel was rambunctious and head strong .
Herschel met his wife, Phyllis Marie Webb Skaggs in Greenup Kentucky. They married December 12th, 1953 and went on to have four children: Charlotte Ann Skaggs Fink (Doug Fink), John Wayne Skaggs (Cheryle Haskins), Keith Allen …
