He is survived by his parents, Henry & Juanita Clark III; his sister, Mary Clark; and his 3 daughters, Pia Nelson, Ashley Entzminger, and Megan Hartley (Jimmy Hartley).
He is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Clark.
