He is survived by his parents, Henry & Juanita Clark III; his sister, Mary Clark; and his 3 daughters, Pia Nelson, Ashley Entzminger, and Megan Hartley (Jimmy Hartley).
He is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Clark.
Contributions in memory of Henry may be made to Charleston Animal Society (or another dog shelter in your area).
