2025, Special Place🙌
Randomly veered off into the trees today on a skin I’ve done a million times. I had been thinking of Heidi and wishing her a Happy Birthday and there it was…a box on a tree. Was tricky to open but I had to see what was inside…it was a bottle of Grappa!! Of course I toasted Heidi and knew in my heart she led me there🧡…I had to share✨✨

Andy, I am so sorry to hear that Heidi has passed away. She had a good sense of humor and was a joy to work for in Rome.  She was so welcoming to us in our first international experience. My condolences to your whole family.💙

Heidi was the first interviewer and eventual boss I had as a new teacher. At the time, I had no idea how lucky I was to be welcomed into the profession of education by Heidi Hanssen. All I knew was that she was kind and someone I looked up to as a leader. Sending my love and sympathy to those closest to her, she was one of a kind.

Heidi, we love and miss you. You made our staff feel like family, unconditionally caring for us personally and professionally. We are forever touched by your grace, guidance, infectious smile, and sense of humor, which will live in our hearts forever. How lucky we were to have you in our lives.
