Hazel Rose McCleon, June 21, 1934 - May 29, 2025 Hazel Rose McCleon, born to Gertie Legett Foster and Rosevelt Foster in Dallas, Texas, left an indelible mark on everyone she met. After completing her education at Lincoln High School in Dallas, Hazel moved to Los Angeles, California, where she dedicated her career to serving others as a compassionate social worker at McLaren Hall.
