Harriette Elaine “Jonni” Williams, 85, of St. Albans, West Virginia, passed away Sunday, February 8, 2026. She was the daughter and second child of George Wyatt and Sara Virginia Daniels Williams, devoted mother of Darrell Scott Livingston and Robert J. Livingston, Jr., and loving grandmother of Todd Christopher Livingston.

In college Jonni was a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and was voted the honor of being Miss Kappa Alpha Psi. She was a member …
