Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at the Orwell Union United Methodist Church, Church Street, County Route 2, Orwell, NY. A reception will be held following the service, at the Orwell Town Hall, 1999 County Route 2, Orwell, NY. Flowers can be delivered to the Orwell Church on the morning of the memorial. Harriet E. Hilton, age 85, life resident of Orwell, New York passed away on July 4, 2019 at home after an extended illness. Harriet was born March 28, 1934 in Orwell, the daughter of Ernest Deforest and Hazel Mae Stevens. She attended Sandy Creek High School and married Jack E. Hilton in 1951. Harriet was married to her beloved husband for 50 years when he passed away in 2002. She served as Orwell Town Clerk …
