Harold John Watkins “Lucky Harry” 74, of Chesapeake, VA passed away on March 11th, 2023 at his home surrounded by family.
Harold was born on April 2nd, 1948 in Brockton MA to Frederick and Kathleen Watkins. He graduated from Brockton High School, Class of ‘66. Harold was a Vietnam Veteran of the Army. Served from 67-69 and Vietnam from 67-68. Then went on to join the Norfolk Police Dept in 1969 and he retired in …
