- Harold Rubbin Branson, 75, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, went to be with his lord and savior on October 8, 2021. Harold was born on February 3, 1946 to John and Tillie Branson in Dumas, Arkansas. He was a retired veteran from the United States Army, where he proudly served his country. He also retired from International Paper after working there for 43 years.
