Gwen was born in Fairfax, Virginia. She lived in Virginia, California, Maryland, Michigan, Morocco, Japan, The Philippines and Italy. She also traveled to many locations overseas for work.
After her Southfield High School 1977 graduation, she began her 40-year career with the US Government in Virginia and ended that career with many commendations. Gwen was widely respected for her skills, devotion and knowledge and was awarded the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Exceptional Civilian Service Medal for …
