I lived next door to the Swint family on Western Avenue in Angleton. Greg always acknowledged us when he saw us outside. He was an all around great guy. Our condolences to all of his family.
God's blessings upon you

In August of this year, Greg and Mark Blocker, recorded three of Greg's songs, 'Revival', 'Here Come You', and "Anywhereville'. On August the 23, Greg entered the Texas Troubadour Songwriter's Classic Contest with those three songs and a performance video. On September 30, we received an email from them, congratulating Greg for being selected as one of five finalists in the Performance Category! I printed the email to show it to him and of course he cried tears of joy and of sorrow, because he knew he wouldn't make it to the event on November 6 due to his illness. I contacted a good musician friend of ours and ask him would he be willing to learn one of those songs and perform it at the event, and he felt honored and said yes he would. I then contacted the Bosque Art's Center in Clifton, where the event will be held and they put me in touch with Ms. Linda Pheiffer at the TTSC. I told her of Greg's passing and ask if I could have Rick Richards to perform one of Greg's songs in his time slot as a tribute to my husband and she was thrilled to comply with my wishes. So, all that being said, Rick Richards, will perform one of Greg's songs at the Texas Troubadour Songwriter's Classic on November 6, 2021, at the Bosque Art's Center, in Clifton, TX. as a Tribute in honor of Gregory Kevin Swint. I invite you all to come if you would like! I'm one of his biggest fans and I long to keep his memories alive!
Thank you for taking time to read one of our stories...

Greg genuinely loved others unconditionally and would give to others the same mercy and grace that had been bestowed upon him by God.
