I’m saddened to  learn of Glen’s passing.  The Volk family were wonderful neighbors in Holliston.  Glen was so proud of each of his children at their high school graduation parties. In addition I remember he and Kara would yell “Hellos” to each other from opposite sides of noisy Washington street.  Good times. The neighborhood has never been the same since you moved.  May Glen Rest In Peace.

I knew Glen from days in Holliston. He was a kind and giving man who was admired and well liked by everyone. We played together in the Waltham American Legion band and commuted together to rehearsals and gigs. We served together in the Holliston Lions club where he was an active participant. He built and repaired important sections of my Holliston residence. All in all we were good friends and i will miss him dearly. If it wasnt for a painful sciatic nerve condition, i would have attended his celebration of life. Driving more than a half hour alone is almost impossible. My sincere condolences to his son and daughters. RIP.  Dick Goguen
I have know Glenn for 17 years and loved al the music and life he shared with me as a member of the Waltham American Legion Band.  Oh the joy he brought to everything was contagious.  A hell of a man, and I am proud to have played music with him!

Dear Lindsay and family,

Our heartfelt condolences at the loss of your dad. We're sorry we can't be there to celebrate his life with you, but are with you in spirit. Our love and prayers are with you in your sorrow.

Much love,
Vanessa, Chris, Ryan, Cara and Paige

Dear Family,

What lovely pictures of Glenn!  He did many renovations to our 1880s house in Natick: living room and porch addition, complete kitchen, lots of little projects, too.  I remember him standing at our back door with Danny in his arms (so it has been a few years. . . ).  We had lost touch so it was good to read about his later life.  Our condolences.  Fran and Joe Weisse

I grew up on Maple Street in Bellingham with Glenn. We were in the same high school graduating class. We also attended the same Baptist Church. He has always had a special place in my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Fondly,

Susan Chliszczyk Lariviere

We lived next door to Glenn. We had so much fun sitting by the fire pit till the wee hours of the night listening to the oldies and singing along.  We love and miss you Glenn.  I'm sure you brought your smile and music to heaven.  Bill and Vicky Rich
