Gina Marie Mahoney (née Galassi) was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to all.
She was born on July 26, 1964 to Palma and Naldo Galassi. She grew up in Villa Park with her siblings Marc, Mary, and Cara, and attended Willowbrook High School. They enjoyed a classic Italian-American upbringing, always surrounded by lots of family, great food, and the occasional rogue rooster attack.
