Gertrudes Lopez Gomez, a loving mother and grandmother, died peacefully in her sleep on March 13, 2024 at the age of 84. Born on November 15, 1939 in Los Fresnos, Texas to Guadalupe Lopez and Francisco Lopez, Gertrudes was one of six children. Her siblings included Amelia Dominguez (deceased), Nestor Lopez, Higinia Tellez (deceased), Jesse Lopez, and Maria Lopez (deceased). On November 18, 1963, she married Paulino Gomez and moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1967. …
