To the Quiocho Family,
We are really sorry for your loss. We will always be thankful to Tito Geno for being so welcoming at all the basketball events. Even though I didnโt really play, he, Gene, and Geoff always made me feel like a part of it. Those events gave a lot of us a way to hang out and stay close growing up, and the friendships I made back then are still strong today because of it.
Praying for you all during this time.ย

I want to share my fond memories of Geno that I will forever cherish. Geno and his brother, Edward, are like brothers to me and my brothers. They are family.ย
I can vividly remember when our basketball team was competing in the All Filipino league.ย We were all young and still unmarried at that time. It was one of the happiest times of my life. I was the manager of our team and Geno was the assistant manager as well as a player. Edward and Ray Allegre were the athletes and the best players of our team while my brother, Ray, was the shooter. It was the good old days.ย
I can stillย remember when Ray Allegre had a very bad injury in one of our games and suffered anย open broken leg injury. Geno was the first one to attend to Ray and tried to help him alleviate his pain.ย After Ray's injury, we stopped joining the basketball league but continued to keep in touch.ย
We saw Geno and Felma in December when we celebrated my mom's 100th birthday.ย My brothers and I were so happy to see them as we have not seen them for awhile. We were planning and looking forward to getting together again soon.ย
I can keep going about my fond memeries of Geno but want to end my story by expressing my sincerest condolences to the entire family during this sad time.ย I am very sad for your loss. I pray for the Lord to bring you comfort and strength as you grieve.
ย I will miss you, Geno.ย Rest in peace, my friend.

Every time we visited the US, one of the things I always looked forward to was seeing Tito Geno and family. Tito just had this way of making our trips feel extra special. I remember being so excited to visit the house of Pacquiao, kasi Tito had connectionsโfeeling ko talaga weโd see Manny in person. We didnโt, but he brought us to Wildcard Gym instead, and we got to see Freddie Roach. That moment? Iโll never forget.
Tito Geno would always take us to the coolest basketball courts. Heโd let us play with Kuya Gene, and even introduced us to some really good players. I felt like I was living the dream every time we stepped on that court.
Tito, thank you for all those memories. Weโll truly miss you. You were always the one who made our US trips unforgettable.

My condolences to Genoโs family. I remembered he was also the one who taught me to play basketball. He and his family was also there for us whenever we travel in the US. Tito Geno really was opening up his schedule for us just to bond with us. He was that kind and loving. He was dear to us. We love you tito Geno!

My heart goes out to the Quiocho family and friends who knew Tito Geno. There were so many memories through out the years with the Quiocho clan and some were funny and others brought warmth and a feeling of acceptance and Tito Geno was there every time. From the moments of watching the Manny Pacman fights to the moments he was coaching us in basketball and to the moments he shared what he had to others whether it be money, his home or his company. He was a giving man and father who would take you in like his own and help you anyway he could.
For me he gave a place to stay at times or help me find work and help me play basketball on team with all of our friends. You were truly a part of my life that I will always remember Tito Geno. Your life shows the love you had to give and those that gave it back to you. You will be missed. Much love from one of the young men who you helped.
