Background
With dad's passing we have decided mom (Patricia) will have to move to Georgia to be closer to me (Ann). She is unable to care for herself, and needs more hands on medical care. We would like to have her go into an assisted living, in home care or something similar where she can have the around the clock care she needs. Home health aids/nurses, physical therapy, diabetic specialist, and other medical services will have to be put into place. She will also need numerous medical visits to get everything started. We just want to get mom on the right path to a medically sound and safe new start.
