Oh my, Darielle. We are all so very, very sad and send all our love. Sending donation. What else can I do?
Darielle and Ariana (and family), Hellmuth and I are saddened by the news of Gary's passing.  He always had kind words, a smile, and a laughter to give us.  Hold tight to the memories of his positive light upon everyone's lives.  Sending you love, sympathy, and hugs from Uruguay.  Pam and Hellmuth
Dearest Darielle, Ariana and Bethany, I am sending you much love. Gary was an incredible and brilliant man. His wonderful smile, his support of his family, he caring heart were and are so special. His kindness was a gift.
Realizing that Gary is no longer with us has stopped me in my tracks today. He embodied an elite kindness and tenderness for all living creatures. As a recipient of that kindness, I’m feeling so incredibly grateful now. He carried around a smile that lifted his cheeks and welcomed others with a tangible warmth. His hugs were grand, and wrapped others in a cove of compassion. His laughter was palpable, and lifted hearts.  His deep devotion and soulful connection for the three loves of his life was intoxicating. Darielle, Ariana & Bethany, I wish I could hug you three right now the way Gary hugged. A candle in our home is aflame in honor of the light he shared. Sending you love and tenderness on the journey ahead. - Ashley Mulligan Schütz

Dari, Ariana, and Bethany, I am so sorry for your loss. The suddenness of Gary’s death makes it so much more difficult for all of you. I remember Gary from the time you lived in Salem. He was always full of interesting entrepreneurial ideas. He left a great legacy with his darling daughters and their children. I wish I could give you a big hug. My thoughts are with you during this very difficult time.
I just read about Gary' s passing. I lost my dad just 4 months ago therefore I do know what is like. But I keep my focus on their Freedom and Happyness, behind the veil. What we call "death" is just a gateway. With all My heart. Silvia OLIVERI.
Unfortunately I have no photographs of Gary and I because we didn't meet in person, however, we spoke via zoom on many occasions  and I count Darielle as one of my closest friends. Apart from Darielle I have never met a more gentle considerate and loving human than Gary. They were a couple devoted to each other with a love I have never seen before. I know how much he loved his family and I feel for all of them deeply at this time.  I will remember many things about Gary but one of the most amazing memories was his smile, for that reason I am uploading this photograph which is my favourite picture. Rest in peace Gary, I am proud and humbled to have known you if only for a short period of time.  Hxx
Gary was a wonderful business advisor and I so much appreciated his expertise at the Chemeketa SBDC. But he also brought a compassionate heart and generous spirit to the work.

We send our love to all your family. We know this is a time of intense grieving and sorrow and our hearts are with you. May your wonderful memories of Gary bring you comfort in the days ahead. His passing will be mourned by all of us. He was a typical big brother growing up. He taught me how to drive and we took apart and re-assembled many a car engine (and mostly with success😀). We will miss him very much
Love, Roy and Nancy
