Gary Hill, 82, of Lincoln, NE passed away on September 18, 2022. He was well known and respected in the international community for his work in support of the United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme. Born in 1939, Gary was an internationally recognized expert in correctional matters, who produced more than 40 draft training manuals, used to help write the formal training programs for prison worker.
