So very sorry to hear of the demise of my good friend Smokey.  We were "hooch mates" in Viet Nam where we first met.  He and I had soooo many great memories  of our friendship.  My condolence to Mary and the rest of his family.  I will miss talking with him.
My sincere regrets to Fulton's family on his transition. I  learned about this about 6 months ago. Fulton and I were senior classmates at Mckinley and while we were acquaintances more than close friends I appreciated his quiet intelligence and  sense of humor. He graduated Valedictorian, E.J. Mencer was Salutatorian, and I was third. In one of our rare conversations after it was announced that he was graduating Valedictorian, I said to him, "Fulton, I could have beat you but up until a few weeks ago, I did not know what a Valedictorian  was." He smiled and responded, "The fact that you didn't know what a Valedictorian was shows that you shouldn't have beat me." Wasn't much that I could say to that. We patted each other on the shoulders and laughed. I have thought about his kind, often subtle, and intelligent  sense of humor many times since although I think that was the last time we ever spoke. Rest easy, champion. You did Mckinley proud.

I worked with Fulton for over 30 years. A character and a gentleman. Prayers for his family!
My prayers go out for Mr. Toaston and his family. I worked with Mr. Toaston at Sherwood Middle where he substituted often. He always had a nice word and a smile for me and we enjoyed a laugh or two through the years. I will miss him. Rest in peace, dear friend.

Fulton was always a joy to be around. To Mary and the Toaston family. “ Be not dismayed what ever be tide. God will take of your.” Until we meet again Fulton, at Jesus feet, God be with you until we meet again.

So saddened about the sudden passing of Fulton. He was always a joy to bring around and helped our chapter get on its feet for many years. He was such a dedicated honey-do. Sending sincere prayers and hugs to the entire Toaston family. Love you all dearly!
I am one of Fulton’s classmates and he was our valedictorian from the class of 1962. He was such a gentleman and such a sweet kind person. He will truly truly be missed.
My condolences to Mary his wife and to all of his children and grandchildren. Thank you so much for the pictures. Although I live in New Jersey I still remember Felton and Mary and this really hurts my heart. God will definitely be looking over this family and I know he has said to Fulton, “Welcome my good and faithful servant”.
Mary my prayers are with you and I know the Blessed Mother has her mantle around you for peace, so please know that you are loved and in my prayers daily.
Sending the entire family my condolences, strength, and love. Tanisha, my sweet friend, sending you my shoulder to lean on. Love you.
My condolences to the Toaston family. You will truly be missed.
