It is with profound sadness we announce, Fredrick "Fred" Blay, Jr., passed away Sunday, November 19, 2023, in Green Bay, Wisconsin. He died of natural causes, just after his 90th birthday. We know he is with the Lord, visiting with his son and daughter who passed before him.
Fredrick, always a traditionalist, preferred the use of his full name, although friends and family still used “Fred”. He was born on October 26, 1933 in Mt. …
