Fred Ewald, age 76, passed away in the morning of July 11 at Martin Memorial Hospital Cleveland Clinic after falling and a long brave fought battle with Leukemia.. Fred was born in Detroit, Michigan on Feb 17, 1944 to Harvey and Charlotte Ewald residents of both Michigan and Boca Raton, FL.. He is a graduate of Bloomfield Hills High School in Michigan, a 1966 graduate of Duke University where he majored in Psychology and was …
