Frederick Martin Cay passed away Wednesday, Dec. 3 after a long illness. Fred was preceded in death by his mother, Beulah Frances Cay (nee Martin) and father, Frederick Mason Cay. Born in Southeast Ohio, he spent many years in Northeast Ohio. He was a long-time resident of the Highland Square area in West Akron.
