Sending lots of love to all of Fran's family and friends during this sad time. I worked with Fran at Jamie's Italian in Kingston and have many fond memories of her and remember how much fun we all had working together. What a lovely, wonderful person she was and I'm heartbroken to hear this news xxx

Sending my deepest condolences to Fran’s family and friends. It’s heartbreaking to hear that she has been taken so soon.

I met Fran in England, 2012. She had a great energy and an inspiring work ethic and always exuded strength. I have fond memories of my time both working with her and outside of work, too. Rest in peace, beautiful Fran, I won’t forget you.

Dedicated to you my gorgeous friend 💓💖♥️💗💗💞, love you loads, your cicci 😘
I had the privilege to work for Fran for about two years in 2006 - 2008 in London at All Bar One. She was such an inspiring and kind hearted manager and friend. She always had a smile on her face, even if she got cross at something, and she knew exactly how to put it in kind words. I also always admired her dedication in riding to work even in the cold London winter. She also loved having a good time and knew exactly where to draw the line between work and fun. Fran once said something that resonates with me until today. She said when talking about staff hiring and background checks "I think with people you always have to give them a chance", I still think of her saying that with her beautiful accent. It was an absolute shock to hear of Fran's passing, such a healthy, fit, full of life person. Dearest Fran, the world is a worst place without you. My deepest condolences to all the loved ones she left behind. Lots of love, Marcia

Lovely Fran - what a total shock to hear you had passed from our old friend Andy G. We caught up in March and you were excitedly telling me about your future plans for Guiseppe, Antonio and yourself.

I have so many wonderful memories of that beautiful, kind, calm, curious woman I met so many years ago when you, Andy and I got together to set up Jamie's Italian in Covent Garden - so much of its stellar success was down to Andy and yourself and the way you made everyone feel and the team you both built was something special, it was a joy to come to work every day.

A year later you rang and asked my opinion about a role you had been offered heading up a start up called Flatiron - and yet again you built another wonderful team and played a major part in creating a fantastic business which went on to have great success. People were drawn naturally to you Fran, and because you did it so naturally and so humbly, you were completely unaware of your unique "superpower" you just assumed this type of thing happened all the time!

The world will be a lesser place with you not in it Fran, so many people owe you a huge debt of gratitude for the way you were with them and they way you lead them.  I am so pleased we had a chance to catch up earlier this year - you were always very special and a great memory for me.

Love always Fran, wherever you are, they are lucky to have you

My dearest friend Fran. I will miss you so much. Everything about you was so special.

You were caring, kind, fun loving and always had a shoulder to cry on.

You always lit up a room you entered with your infectious smile and you always put everyone first.

I always looked forward to the homemade birthday and Christmas presents you would make for me and my family and we always felt loved and they were so special.

You will always be remembered and never forgotten. Thinking of Antonio, Giuseppe and family at this difficult time ❤️

Rest in peace my gorgeous and loving friend. X

Dear ,Fran , thank you for everything

I have never met anyone with energy like yours,  kind heart and work ethics. People looked up to you and were best themselves not to let you down.  I certainly always was . You will be remembered for you giggles , kindness, sense of humour like no-one else, competitive spirit. Thank you , Fran .
