Frankie was always kind, friendly, respectful and would go out of his way to make you feel welcomed. I remember him and my grandsons throwing the football when we went tailgating at Cardinal games. My grandson Johnny was impressed by his skateboarding skills. You will be missed by many 😢 💔.

Frankie always cared so much about the people around him , when you talked to him you knew he was really listening . I met Frankie back in 2009 , he took me and my friend to our first and last first Friday . It was a instant good vibe between us , I remember how much I admired him and his moms relationship, you could tell she loved here baby and he loved her . It’s also when I found out about absurd as they had a special area at first Friday . I couldn’t believe how cool all of it looked . You could just tell how special his family was . I went to his house a couple times and every time his family was welcoming , they never were the type to judge . You felt at home , you felt the love . We listened to Eminem a lot , that’s what I’m doing now to remember him , the music hit him different and that we could relate too . Frankie often had a marker with him so he could graffiti things . He was so gifted , like no one I had seen before . Frankie would sometimes even walk miles to just meet me half way , so we could hang out . He gave me and my friends free absurd clothing . One time we had actually got in trouble for something and he waited outside for me the whole time at the store , I came running out and we ran all the way to his house . Even though me and Frankie eventually drifted apart as we got older I never stopped thinking of him . He had that effect on people . He was one of a kind . He was Frankie . Im gonna miss him , that goofy laugh and smile , his shoestring holding up his pants . I’ll always remember the first day I met frankie Ochoa ❤️

Frankie was always a little buddy of mine. Since we were kids at Sousa Elementary he was so funny, very very sweet to me and my sister, was carrying and kind, creative and a good writer. We were penpals at one time, he had lots of thoughts about life and was so true to his loving nature in those letters. I'm glad we had that time. I got to know him then.
I actually remember when his voice was changing and he was becoming a young man, I can still hear his voice in my head right now, it was just so distinct but so cute. He had good humor about it.
I was told he believed in our heavenly father, we had discussions back in the day too about God and because of that faith I know that our father will have already received him. ❤️
I hope we all can find comfort that one day we shall all be Reunited, and it will be a joyfully day to look forward to.
I know Frankie will be glad at how much love he is recieving from all of us and that he knows how much work is being put into a lovely funeral and service for him. He deserves all of that.
He is finally resting.......resting with our Lord and Savior now and at peace. 🙏 RIP Frankie.

Our whole family is at a loss, you made such an impact on all our lives!! We will miss you all the days of our lives!! Love you nephew forever!! ❤️Catholic Cathedral of Angels in downtown LA. Anton, Ariel, Rosemary, Chelsea, Hannah, Ivan, Frankie and David. This trip we went to the cathedral and the museum of tolerance. Frankie liked listening to the one of the few Holocaust survivors that spoke that day.
