Frank Albert Newton Jr., 76, of Muscatine, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 3, 2023, in Palm Beach County, Florida. In his last days, Frank was surrounded by all his children and together with the love of his life.
The casual funeral is at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 9, 2023, at Wittich-Riley-Freers, 1931 Houser Street in Muscatine. Immediately after, Frank will go to rest with loved ones at Greenwood Cemetery. Frank and the family …
