I was not aware of Frank's passing, such a great man. I worked with him a couple of times and had recently moved to find I still had his business card. I worked a case in San Francisco, CA he got me that came from Melvin Belli and than I worked with him again when myself, Frank and a San Francisco Police Officer I believe named Mike had to stake out the Levi Straus building in San Francisco, CA because someone was doing drive bys and shooting out the big windows that I believe cost at that time $3,500. Frank was a kind and smart man it was a privilege working with him, but even more knowing him I am just sorry due to work we lost touch. His friend Becky
A sweet, caring man who loved his daughters with all his heart. I remember as a little girl looking up at him and his great big smile. He will be missed deeply, but there’s a bright star in the heavens for him. Love to all of you xoxo
A true gentleman and fine man. Myself, as a DEA Special Agent, I knew him after he retired from DEA in San Francisco while he worked at the DA’s Office. A legacy that will continue with his family, friends, and fellow co- workers. Frank, thank you for your service to your country and community.
