Frank's obituary

Frank Russell Larkworthy passed peacefully in his sleep at his home in El Cajon, CA due to natural causes, on August 17, 2021. He is survived by his daughters Susan LaRocque, Karen Stephens, niece Kim Larkworthy and grandchildren Desiree Bassett, Emily, Sean and Rebecca Stephens.

The son of a Navy Lt.Commander and a US Army Nurse both serving in WW1, WW2 and Korea, he was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Physical Science (Chemistry).

A US Army veteran, he worked as a Special Agent for the US Department of Justice in Federal Narcotic Law Enforcement for 28 years throughout California and Internationally.

He will be forever remembered as the best dad by his children and a true gentleman by his friends. He always did the “right” thing, exceptionally moral to the core. A good friend to many and a soul that will sorely be missed.

He will be interned at the Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA, September 22, 2021 at 2pm with full honors.
