Frank Edward Hibrandt passed away on September 30, 2021 in Cincinnati, OH at the age of 68 after a long struggle with multiple health issues. He is survived by his two sisters, Judy Hibrandt-Robin and Angela von Bueldring. Frank was a long time supporter of the Arts, Music and Architecture. Originally from West Milford, NJ., Frank started his artistic career in New York City, creating numerous installations and pieces of art. His musicality led him …
