Frank Edward Hibrandt passed away on September 30, 2021 in Cincinnati, OH at the age of 68 after a long struggle with multiple health issues. He is survived by his two sisters, Judy Hibrandt-Robin and Angela von Bueldring. Frank was a long time supporter of the Arts, Music and Architecture. Originally from West Milford, NJ., Frank started his artistic career in New York City, creating numerous installations and pieces of art. His musicality led him to become the youngest House Manager at Carnegie Hall. After many years in NYC, his artistic and musical adventures eventually led him to FL where he became a member of the Faculty at the University of South Florida in Tampa. While there, he became an avid Arts promoter in the city of Gulfport, FL, prior to moving to Cincinnati, OH in 2008. Upon his arrival in Cincinnati, OH, and up until his death, Frank was instrumental in promoting the Arts and redevelopment in OTR ( Over the Rhine).  In lieu of flowers or other memorials, please feel free to make a donation to the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Pones,  ArtsWave Cincinnati, or to any other charity of your choice.
