We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Frances Spencer, formally of Meriden, CT. Frances passed away peacefully in Hollywood FL, with loving family by her side, near and far. Fran, the matriarch of the family, will be missed tremendously. Frans loving spirit and love for pierogi and spanakopita making, will not end with her passing. She has taught her daughter and her granddaughter how to continue this on for generations to come. The …
