Pastor Saffo had a desire to produce a YouTube channel to the world and entitle it "Walking with God" but his health issues kept him from fulfilling this mission. On January 28, 2022...He decided that he needed to get started...not knowing he would not be starting it but finishing his mission. In pure obedience...

I just remember going to church and his sermons. Thinking back on it now all those years ago when I was just a child how it was the conduit and the introduction to my faith, my understanding of God, what He did for us through Jesus, how continually blesses us and even though I'm sad that you're not here Uncle, I want to tell you that you finished the mission!! You finished the mission and I salute you from one veteran to another. Thank for introducing me to a God who loves us and also for your selfless service to our country.
"This is my command to you: love each other as I have loved you"
Dad never met a stranger and loved to be the center of attention. He had a heart for people and desired that everyone know the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. HE WAS GENEROUS AND SOOOO KIND. His humor and jokes were sensational... and you would laugh hours and days later at the punch lines... He was a character and He will be so missed!!! I have seen him counsel the broken hearted and watched them walk away with hope of a bright future. His Faith was so great that he would overflow into others. He was not afraid to share his faith... He was not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ...Don't be afraid to share your faith...
