Background
This scholarship fund is designed to contribute to the Legacy of Pastor Saffo for his descendants. This will give a hand up to students that are graduating from High School and headed into College or Technical School. He was a very intentional person. He did not have a lot of money, but what he had he would share with those in need. Especially the youth! He had GREAT joy in helping college students by purchasing a book or making a donation toward their books. He knew he could not pay their full tuition or their room and board...but he could buy a book. In lieu of flowers, you will be planting a seed in his legacy.
