It is with deep sadness that we say goodbye to Phil, a proud veteran, and an unwavering patriot. His love for his family and his country shone brightly in everything he did. I am grateful for the time I spent with him and will always remember his strength, wisdom, and kindness. Phil will be deeply missed, but I find comfort in knowing he is now reunited with his beloved wife, Joy, and daughter, Cindy. From one veteran to another, I salute you, Phil. Rest in peace.
